We are thrilled to have Dr. Jaty Tam back for another wellness webinar! She returned this month to teach us all ways to improve our mental health by creating a healthy work life balance. Her tips were easy to understand and she gave us some great strategies! It’s a challenge to find a balance when working from home, when life continues even when we are working. The webinar was a great way to remind us how we can make changes to ensure we are working to our greatest potential. But also to be able to have a satisfied and balanced work day!
