This month we had another fantastic webinar with Dr. Jaty Tam. Whether working from home, or at the office, muscle tension in the neck, shoulders and back are common occurrences. Dr. Tam taught us easy techniques to help alleviate some of that tension, and explained how this tension could impact our bodies in ways we never thought about!
