Both mental and physical health are major concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic, and it was only fitting that we bring in Lisa Spriet for “Feed Your Mood; Nutrition and Mental Health Seminar”. Lisa Spriet, a nutritionist from NutriProCan, spent an hour with the firm discussing ways to improve our diets that could likewise improve our mental health. From describing the top foods and nutrients that are conducive of better mental health, to showing us examples of meals that we could make, Lisa’s webinar was informative and engaging.
