Wellbeing During COVID-19 Webinar

Another year, another lockdown.  We wanted to make sure the team had the proper tools to stay safe and healthy! We requested a webinar from Dr. Jaty Tam, a Naturopathic Doctor, who provided us with actionable, hands on strategies on how to maintain and support our mental and physical health and wellbeing. The webinar covered a variety of areas from stress to mindfulness, resiliency, sleep and strategies to limit a sedentary lifestyle. 

The webinar was highly engaging and useful! We even were able to practice some of the techniques at home, as the webinar was taking place. The strategies were easy to understand, and even easier to follow through with! Everyone left with new ways to improve their ability to work and cope with the new lockdown.
