As a member of Shulman Law Firm’s marketing team, the digital marketing analyst (DMA) manages the Firm’s online paid campaigns and is responsible for defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with the Firm’s marketing and business objectives. The DMA is also tasked with producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly performance reports with actionable insight.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Set-up, and regularly monitor PPC campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Google Adwords
  • Define campaign strategies to meet goals
  • Manage and report on digital campaigns
  • Create analytics tracking reports to help inform strategy
  • Develop, then maintain and analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly to remain within budget
  • Work closely with marketing department to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed, or completing, University Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Economics
  • Experience in data analysis techniques
  • Experience working with Google Adwords and other paid search platforms
  • Experience with web analytic platforms (specifically Google Analytics), is considered an asset

REQUIRED

  • Must be highly detailed oriented
  • High level of experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency with Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Understanding of Statistics, including an understanding of balancing statistical significance with business objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work efficiently under stress;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to prioritize;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • A strong sense of personal accountability and ownership

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Work is sedentary in nature, no special requirements are necessary.
  • The ability to work remotely is available.
