Jessica di Leo

Jessica completed her law degree and received her JD from Western Law in 2024. She completed her Articles at Shulman & Partners and after passing the Bar Exams was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.

Jessica has a passion for Family Law and, throughout her studies at Western, she spent extensive time as a Research Assistant exploring the many intricacies of family dynamics in situations of family violence, the increasing use of domestic contracts, and child support reform. Jessica’s contributions to published research projects, combined with her hands-on experience supporting survivors of family violence through Western’s Family Law Clinic, have equipped her with a deep understanding of both the practical and theoretical aspects of family law, and a strong commitment to advocating for clients.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending her time outdoors golfing, hiking, and travelling with her husband and their corgi, Beanie.

Jessica is excited to have been called back as an associate and continue contributing to Shulman’s excellent team of dedicated professionals.
