Jessyca Morgan
Jessyca is an associate lawyer with Shulman & Partners LLP and practices out of the firm's Toronto office. She obtained her law degree from the University of Windsor and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2026.
Jessyca is passionate about helping families navigate difficult transitions, and is known for her practical approach, creative problem-solving, and commitment to client-centred advocacy.
Before joining Shulman & Partners, Jessyca completed her articles with Legal Aid Ontario, where she gained extensive experience assisting clients with family law matters. She regularly appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice, and worked closely with individuals and families navigating separation, parenting, support, and child protection issues.
While attending law school, Jessyca competed in the Walsh Family Law Moot, where her appellant factum received recognition, and was a member of Windsor Law's team that earned first place in the Walsh Negotiation Competition. She also worked with the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Geneva, Switzerland, conducting legal research on disability rights and access to justice.
