
Samantha D'Souza-Sen
Samantha D’Souza-Sen received a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science and History from Queen’s University before obtaining her J.D from the University of Windsor. She passed the bar in 2022 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023.
While in law school, Samantha held the position of director of the Windsor Chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada where she developed the inaugural “Navigating Family Courts” Program. Samantha also participated in the Walsh Family Law Moot in her second year of law school, where her team was recognized as second-best overall.
Having completed both her summer internship and articles at family law firms, Samantha has dedicated her career exclusively to family law. She has experience representing clients at the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice, but is also adept at de-escalating conflict and settling outside of court. Samantha is certified in Collaborative Divorce and is trained to negotiate using interest-based principles. She brings both patience and empathy to her interactions with clients.
