Empathetic and Understanding

From my very first meeting with Rick I felt very comfortable and at ease. I needed someone that understood what I was going through emotionally. Rick took the time to listen to me and really listen, even when I would go off topic and start ranting on about something totally unrelated to my case, he never rushed me or made me feel small, he remained professional at all times and treated me as an equal.
