Family Law Blog – Fresh Legal
There is almost never a simple yes or no answer to family law questions, but Fresh Legal does an amazing job of breaking down issues about child and spousal support, family court procedures, common-law relationships, and more, in a simple, yet comprehensive manner. The blogs are fresh, informative, engaging, and void of legal jargon.
Labour, Employment and Human Rights Law Blog – Molyneaux Law
Sarah Molyneaux of Molyneaux Law writes for workers who may feel like they are in a David vs. Goliath situation. Her blogs are personable and easy to read, which really helps when you’re looking for information about severance packages, discrimination, or sexual harassment. Sarah’s blog is progressive and empowering.
Canadian Law Blog – The Court
The Court analyses and provides commentary on the work of the Supreme Court of Canada. Writers consist of current Osgoode Hall Law School students who eat, sleep and breath law. Articles are detailed, but the information can easily be understood. The Court covers everything from aboriginal law to privacy to civil procedure, and is an excellent legal resource for lawyers, academics and the general public.
