New Year, New Goals

2023 was certainly a year to remember and now we can’t wait to see what 2024 has in store for the Shulman & Partners team. Continuing to prioritize our team’s overall wellness, this year we will tackle some of the greatest challenges our team members face including RRSP/DPSP implementation as well as creating a parental leave program. On the efficiency front, we will be focusing on IT, aiming to reduce and eliminate apps that don’t work, simplifying IT processes, and bringing a stop to the never-ending IT challenges we experience.

Finally, the main theme for 2024 will be Professional Excellence. Bringing this core value to the forefront, we will be implementing methods and initiatives to establish, measure, support and hold ourselves accountable to the highest professional standards in our work. Despite these ambitious goals, our team is never one to turn away from a challenge. With that being said, 2024 – here we come!
