Jessica Gutta

Jessica Gutta completed her dual American and Canadian Juris Doctor degrees at the University of Detroit Mercy and the University of Windsor in 2021. Jessica began her career as a summer student at a prominent family law firm in the GTA where she also completed her articles.  Jessica became an associate after being called to the bar in Toronto in 2022.

During her time at the University of Detroit Mercy, Jessica completed an externship at the Third Judicial Circuit Court in Michigan, family division.  Jessica also participated in the University of Detroit Mercy’s family law clinic where she earned the book award for achieving the highest grade in her class.

During her studies at the University of Windsor, Jessica volunteered for the Pro Bono Students Canada Family Law Project where she gained hands-on experience assisting litigants with their family law matters.
