Jessica Walton

Jessica Walton earned her Juris Doctor degrees through the Canadian and American Dual J.D. Program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy in 2021. During law school, she completed an externship with the Family Division of the Third Judicial Circuit Court of Michigan and volunteered with the Pro Bono Students Canada Family Law Project in Windsor.

Jessica began her career as a summer student at a prominent family law firm in the Greater Toronto Area, where she also completed her articles. Following her call to the Ontario bar in 2022, she joined the firm as an associate.

Her practice covers a broad range of family law matters, including complex parenting disputes, decision-making responsibility, support, and property division. She represents clients through negotiation, mediation, and litigation, with a focus on practical, strategic solutions that prioritize the needs of children and families.

Jessica brings a thoughtful and compassionate approach to advocacy, recognizing that family law disputes often arise during some of the most challenging periods in her clients' lives.
