Kiran Virk graduated from the University of Waterloo, Ontario with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies and Business. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law in 2021.
Kiran’s practice includes parenting time, decision-making responsibility, child and spousal support, and property division issues. She also has experience preparing parenting plans, marriage, and separation agreements.
She is particularly passionate about helping negotiate fair settlements for her clients. While she strives to resolve matters out-of-court, Kiran can provide a full spectrum of services and remains a zealous advocate for her clients regardless of whether they proceed through negotiation or litigation. She regularly attends the Ontario Superior Court of Justice to advocate for her clients and attain the results they desire in their family law matters.
Separation can feel vulnerable and overwhelming, and she values the opportunity to ease the burden for clients facing such a stressful time in their lives. When advising her clients, she provides sensitive, intelligent, and attentive counsel to ensure that clients not only survive a separation but thrive afterwards.
