Ruhaina Dhirani attended York University for her Honours Degree in Human Rights and Equity Studies, then received her Law Clerk Diploma from Seneca College. She then obtained a Bachelors of Law Degree from the University of Kent. She was called to the bar in 2021 in Toronto.
Ruhaina has practiced exclusively in family law both as a clerk and as a lawyer. While in law school, she volunteered at the Kent Legal Clinic as a Student Co-ordinator, assisting solicitors in note taking of client’s cases and advice given during client’s consultations. Ruhaina also frequently volunteered at the Special Olympics Ontario; coaching special needs athletes in bowling.
